Essential Duties:

  1. Initiate contact with prospects through outbound efforts
  2. Monitor inbound channels (phone, chat, email, social media) and proactively respond to leads
  3. Work closely with account executives to further engage warm and hot leads
  4. Record all activities with leads and opportunities within our CRM tool


Required Skills:

  1. 1-3 years of inbound/outbound sales experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree a plus
  3. High energy, outgoing and capable of making a high volume of phone calls
  4. Metrics-driven to achieve assigned goals
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools – experience with Pipedrive a plus
  6. Familiarity with SaaS sales
  7. Tech savvy and a fast learner with the ability to multitask
  8. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and written skills
  9. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
