How Many Truckloads of Ice is your building saving?
July 29, 2019 - Less than a minute readResearch showcases that mountain glaciers contribute about 15 lb of ice melt for each lb of CO2 released. Additionally, buildings lead up to 40% of total carbon emissions. This mean, that every time we design an energy energy/carbon efficient building, we are avoiding glacial ice from melting.
To help a user’s to understand the impact of their design decisions cove.tool has added the metric “Truck Loads of Ice Saved”. This is based on a 53′ truck.

Where, the baseline and proposed emissions are expressed in Metric Tonne/CO2/Year
