How Many Truckloads of Ice is your building saving?

Research showcases that mountain glaciers contribute about 15 lb of ice melt for each lb of CO2 released. Additionally, buildings lead up to 40% of total carbon emissions. This mean, that every time we design an energy energy/carbon efficient building, we are avoiding glacial ice from melting.

To help a user’s to understand the impact of their design decisions  cove.tool has added the metric “Truck Loads of Ice Saved”.  This is based on a 53′ truck. ​

Where, the baseline and proposed emissions are expressed in Metric Tonne/CO2/Year
